The Christmas Devotional Cards have become quite the tradition around our home. I created these cards as a simple, memorable way to tell the story of Christmas to my children, using the real Bible as the source text.

Just like the Sensory Bible Devotional Cards, there is a hands-on component for each card. These Christmas cards are even more simple, though, and the sensory component is really a simple craft to "add" to the front of the card, enhancing your child's interaction to each part of the Christmas story!
There are 25 cards, one for each day of December. Each card is two-sided. On the front, it has a coloring page and a trace-able one line summary of a part of the Christmas story found in the gospel of Matthew or Luke. On the back of each card, you will find the memory verse for this year (Luke 2:11, KJV), the sensory items needed for each day, a copy of the Bible text (NIV) to simplify your mornings, and a short prayer to help the Word sink into your hearts.
NOTE: This is a PDF download. Print the cards double-sided OR save the "back" sides for yourself and give each child a copy of the front sides. Prep them by cutting them apart and placing all of your cards, your craft items, and a Bible in a basket, and you're ready to go for all of December!
