Refund Policy

Welcome to Montessori for Homeschoolers. We are honored to serve homeschooling families with thoughtful Montessori-inspired resources designed to support peaceful, purposeful learning at home.

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to downloadable materials, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital curriculum guides
  • Printable materials
  • PDFs and downloads
  • Lesson plans
  • Unit studies
  • Editable templates
  • Membership resources
  • Courses and workshops
  • Digital bundles
  • Subscriber-only content

Once digital files have been delivered or accessed, we are unable to revoke access or confirm that files are no longer in use.

Physical Products

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with a physical item, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve it promptly.

Return Eligibility

Physical products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Printed curriculum or books are unopened or unused
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Please contact us before sending any return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There was a fulfillment error on our part

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Print-on-Demand Items

Some products, including printed student printouts and printed curriculum materials, may be fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner.

Because these items are custom-printed upon ordering, print-on-demand items are only eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect due to fulfillment error

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or preferences regarding print format or paper type.

Bundles

Bundle purchases are offered at a discounted rate and must be returned as a complete set.

Partial bundle returns or partial refunds are not accepted.

Digital products included within a bundle remain non-refundable even if paired with physical products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly work with you to replace the item or issue an appropriate refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Print-on-demand items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used curriculum or materials

Before Purchasing

We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, sample images, and age recommendations before purchasing.
