Copyright Notice

All materials created by Montessori for Homeschoolers are protected under United States copyright law and international copyright protections.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Curriculum guides
Lesson plans
Printable materials
PDFs and downloads
Unit studies
Workbooks
Graphics and illustrations
Product descriptions
Website content
Branding, logos, and designs
Digital resources and educational materials

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

Household License

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases include a single-household license for personal use only.

This means you may:

Print materials for your own children
Reprint materials as needed for your household
Use materials repeatedly within your immediate family
Store purchased files on your personal devices

What You May NOT Do

You may not:

Share files with other families
Email or distribute files to friends, co-ops, classrooms, or groups
Upload materials to shared Google Drives, Dropbox folders, Facebook groups, membership sites, or file-sharing platforms
Resell or redistribute our materials in any format
Modify materials and claim them as your own
Use materials commercially without written permission
Copy large portions of content into your own products or curriculum
Post downloadable files publicly online

Purchases are licensed, not sold.

Co-ops, Classrooms, Tutors & Microschools

Our standard license does not include use for:

Classrooms
Co-ops
Microschools
Daycares
Tutoring businesses
Group educational settings

If you would like to use our materials in a group setting, please contact us regarding additional licensing options.

Digital Security

We understand that homeschooling families often use multiple devices and may print materials multiple times for convenience. That is absolutely permitted within your own household.

However, unauthorized sharing harms small creators and allows curriculum piracy to spread quickly.

We appreciate your support in respecting the time, prayer, creativity, and work invested into these resources.

Print-on-Demand Materials

Printed materials fulfilled through print-on-demand partners are also protected under copyright law.

Purchasing a printed product does not grant permission to reproduce, scan, copy, digitize, or redistribute the contents.

Faith-Based & Educational Content

Our materials are written from a Christian Montessori perspective and are intended for educational and personal family use.

Parents and educators remain responsible for determining what is appropriate for their own children and educational settings.

Trademark Notice

The Montessori for Homeschoolers name, branding, logos, and original product titles may not be copied or used in a way that causes confusion or implies affiliation without written permission.
